Winona Ryder Nose Job

Winona Ryder first came into the lime light during the late 1980's while starring in movies such as Lucas and the smash hit Beetlejuice, she has since gone on to star in a slew of Hollywood movies including Edward Scissorhands, Bram Stoker's Dracula and Girl Interrupted to name a few.

Winona Ryder was always a very striking women who stole the hearts of countless moviegoers, but at some point she came to the conclusion that she may need a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to slightly trim the width of her nose, as seen in this before and after picture listed above.

We've always seen Winona Ryder as a natural beauty, but you gotta admit this nose job was very nicely done.

Beyonce Nose Job

Beyonce Knowles got her first break as part of the R&B group Destiny's Child, she later went on to become one of the top selling artists of our time, with her hugely successful solo albums.

Somewhere along the way, Beyonce decided she needed a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to make a slight adjustment in the width of her nose.

Long story short, she went forward with the plastic surgery and everything turned out fine, she got the slimmer "Hollywood" nose she wanted, without any complications.
