Here we have a turn back the clock plastic surgery operation with Tony Montana himself, Mr Al Pacino.Back in 1995 Al Pacino was rumored to have had a facelift and browlift, and from the looks of this before and after plastic surgery photo it seems quite apparent that was indeed the case.
